The Kentucky Real Estate Principles 36-hour online course is designed to satisfy the Kentucky-specific prelicensing education requirement and prepare you for a successful career in real estate. After taking the National and State-specific courses, you will have an excellent understanding of licensing law and fair housing, as well as the latest legislative and regulatory updates set forth by the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. NOTE: For the Licensing course, state regulations require that you take a proctored final exam. Virtual proctored exams must be coordinated through Century Real Estate School’s REcampus portal. You must complete your course and contact your school before you may attempt the exam.
