Broker Course

We have four broker classes of 48 hours each. All are approved for broker education credit to obtain a Kentucky Broker license. Broker Management is the required course for all brokers. We also offer Broker Law, Broker Principles 1, and Broker Principles 2. These three courses cover all areas tested with the state testing agency PSI and give you the best chance of passing your broker exam. They also include extensive study materials.

The cost of each class is $450.00.

Classes are all conducted via Zoom except for the first class, in which study materials are handed out along with registration. The classes are held on Monday nights from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Since they are each 4 hours long, it takes 12 weeks to finish a course. This schedule is set up for active agents who need days and weekends to do actual real estate work. There are also opportunities to make up a class if you have an excused absence.
