Broker Courses · 48 Hours Each

Take the next step to your broker license.

Four 48-hour classes, all approved for Kentucky broker education credit, taught live on Monday evenings so you keep your days and weekends for real estate.

How it works

Live classes, built around a working agent's week.

Classes meet on Zoom on Monday nights from 6:00 to 10:00 PM. The first class is held in person, where you register and receive your study materials. Each class runs 4 hours, so a 48-hour course takes 12 weeks.

Missed a night with an excused absence? Make-up opportunities are available, so one busy week does not set you back.
