Pre-Licensing · 96 Hours · KREC-Approved

The 96-hour course that ends with a Kentucky license.

Every hour Kentucky requires, every topic PSI tests, and the exam prep to walk in ready. Online and self-paced, or live with Lucy, and built around the law you will actually be licensed under.

What the law requires

Ninety-six hours, one clear finish line.

Kentucky requires 96 hours of Commission-approved pre-license instruction, or six academic credit hours in real estate, before you can sit for the salesperson exam. Century offers all 96 hours fully online and self-paced, or as a hybrid with live Kentucky sessions taught by Lucy, with a proctored course final and exam prep options so the course flows straight into test day.

Because Kentucky caps credit at nine hours of study per 24-hour period, the fastest route through the 96 hours is about eleven days. Most students set a pace that fits work and family and still finish faster than a fixed-schedule classroom.
